Is adding listings free?
Yes, adding basic listings on moto.free is completely free. We also offer paid promotion options that increase listing visibility.
Do I need to register to browse listings?
No, browsing listings is available to all users without registration. An account is only required to add listings and use features like favorites or chat.
What languages is the service available in?
moto.free is available in Polish and English. You can change the language at the top of the page.
User Account
How to create an account?
To create an account, click the "Sign in" button in the top menu, then select the registration option. You can register using your email address or Google/Facebook account.
How to change password?
Log in to your account, go to profile settings and select the password change option. If you forgot your password, use the "Reset password" option on the login page.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can delete your account at any time through account settings. Please note that deleting your account will also delete all your listings.
Listings
How to add a listing?
After logging in, click the "Sell" button in the top menu. Fill out the form, add photos of your vehicle, and publish the listing. You can add up to 9 photos.
How many photos can I add to a listing?
You can add from 1 to 9 photos to each listing. Each photo cannot exceed 9 MB. We recommend adding as many photos as possible to increase interest in your offer.
How long does a listing remain active?
A standard listing remains active for 30 days. After that, you can extend it for free or update it.
How to edit or delete a listing?
Log in, go to your profile and find the list of your listings. There you can edit or delete any of your listings.
Search
How to search for listings?
Use the search bar at the top of the page or go to the selected category. You can filter results by brand, model, price, mileage and other parameters.
How to save favorite listings?
Click the heart icon on a listing to add it to favorites. All saved listings can be found in the "Favorites" tab in your profile.
Communication
How to contact the seller?
On the listing page you will find a "Send message" button and an option to display the phone number. You can use the built-in chat or call directly.
Is the chat secure?
Yes, our chat is encrypted and secure. However, we recommend being cautious and not sharing sensitive personal data before verifying the identity of the other party.
Safety
How to recognize a scam?
Beware of offers significantly below market value, requests for advance payments before viewing the vehicle, and sellers who do not want to meet in person. Always check the vehicle before purchase.
How to report a suspicious listing?
On each listing you will find a report option. Describe the problem and our team will verify the report within 24 hours.
